Compu-Eze may choose to change the terms, conditions, prices quoted within and operation of this Web site at anytime without prior notice. By using the Compueze.com web site the user waives any rights or claims it may have against Compu-Eze. Compu-Eze expressly disclaims all warranties, including any express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the information herein. While Compu-Eze makes every effort to present accurate and reliable information on this site, Compu-Eze does not endorse, approve or certify the information provided by others, nor does Compu-Eze guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Use of the information directly provided in this website or others is voluntary and reliance on it should only be undertaken after you have independently verified its accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

Graphics: Graphics created by Compu-Eze are the property of Compu-Eze and may not be used or reproduced in any manner. Some graphics used are either under license from the the original author or collected from free public domain sites, and Compu-Eze does not hold the copyrights to the graphics, as these rights belong to the original author.

Hosting and Other A-la-cart Services: Some of our services, such as hosting and e-mail accounts, are sold on a pre-paid basis at the agreed upon rate at the time of ordering. An e-mail and letter will be sent reminding you to renew approximately two weeks prior to your account's renewal date. The correspondence will be sent to the most current client e-mail and physical address, and it is the client's responsibility to ensure that valid contact information is provided and updated if necessary. If you fail to promptly pre-pay, we will terminate your service on the renewal due date. In the event you violate any of our above policies and your service is terminated, in addition to all other fees, you will be charged a $100 investigation and research fee. There is a $50 processing fee to reinstate an account closed due to non-payment, this fee does not guarantee the data on the account prior to termination will be retrievable.
The individual services that we offer (hosting, corporate e-mail, e-commerce, shopping carts, search engine submission, etc.) are offered to current design clients ONLY and cannot be purchased without being a current website design client. Our former design clients that have switched to another design firm will NOT have these individual services renewed and must seek such services elsewhere.

3rd Party Vendors: Although Compu-Eze facilitates the overall establishment of internet web sites by providing the customer assistance and facilitation of different sectors of internet site establishments (e-commerce, domain registration, domain hosting), Compu-Eze cannot be held responsible for the failure of ANY aspect of performance stemming from services that are provided by separate entities not affiliated to CECS, such as domain providers, registrars, and E-commerce banking institutions. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIRD PARTY PRODUCT AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ADVERTISE THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ON THE COMPUEZE.COM WEB SITE. COMPU-EZE FORMS PARTNERSHIPS OR ALLIANCES WITH SOME OF THESE VENDORS FROM TIME TO TIME IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO YOU. HOWEVER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AT NO TIME IS COMPU-EZE MAKING ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING ANY THIRD PARTY'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, NOR WILL COMPU-EZE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. YOU HEREBY DISCLAIM AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS AND CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST COMPU-EZE WITH RESPECT TO THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Liability: COMPU-EZE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS AS A RESULT OF COMPU-EZE'S ACTION OR FAILURE TO ACT. COMPU-EZE MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES COMPU-EZE PROVIDES. COMPU-EZE DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY OF SUCH SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM DELAYS, NON-DELIVERIES, WRONG DELIVERY, AND ANY AND ALL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS YOU MAY SUFFER WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY COMPU-EZE OR ITS EMPLOYEES OR VENDORS. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPU-EZE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT OR GOODWILL, FOR ANY MATTER, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS ASSERTED ON THE BASIS OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF COMPU-EZE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT COMPU-EZE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO COMPU-EZE PRIOR TO ANY ACT OR OMISSION GIVING RISE TO SUCH DAMAGES. COMPU-EZE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE.
